SPICES & AND WINE MAKE A FINE GLÜHWEIN!
Sprinkle HOLY MOLY directly into a wine-filled pot and then strain the particles out later or save yourself some work by just filling an empty tea bag or tea filter with the spice mix and submerging it into the wine. We recommend using half a HOLY MOLY shaker for approx. 2 bottles of wine (i.e. 2,25 Liters).
Warm up your pot to medium heat without allowing the mixture to boil, then add sugar, syrup, or honey to taste. To make your mulled wine extra-festive, throw a couple of orange slices into the mix and allow it to cook for another 5 minutes under moderate to medium heat.
If you want a clean cup, now is the time to remove the tea bags or strain out your spices. If not, just let them be and allow that lovely Glühwein to look as rich and spicy as it tastes.
Now: BOTTOMS UP AND EMPTY THAT GLÜHWEIN CUP!
THE KINDES-KIDDIE PUNCH VARIATION– ALCOHOL FREE!
Take 0,75 litres of your child‘s favorite juice instead of wine (such as grape, apple, orange juice, etc.) and add 0,25 litres of water. Don‘t add too much extra sugar though; your kids (and the juice) are sweet enough on their own!
TIP: Believe it or not, HOLY MOLY is also an ideal spice mix to season German-style red cabbage! Simply fill the seasoning mix into a tea filter and place it in the hot pot while your red cabbage is being cooked.
Spices (cinammon, juniper, cloves, allspice, pink peppercorns, black pepper, fennel), orange peel, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, fruit & spice flavor, vanillin.
