NEW! THE HOT & HAM-TASTIC TOASTED EGG SANDWICH
Fiery ROADHOUSE is the gunpowder that completes this egg-splosive recipe and will make you hot, hot, hot for the delicious combination of ham and eggs.
Before this sandwich makes you break out into a sweat you need to hard-boil the eggs for about 10 to 12 minutes and then rinse them off with cold water. Peel the eggs, put them in a bowl together with mustard, oil, and crème fraiche and puree them by either using a regular blender or a blending wand until you achieve the perfect creamy texture.
For all you impatient Speedy Gonzales’ out there, you can also just mash up the hard-boiled eggs with a fork and then mix them with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba! ¡Ándale!
Now it’s time to spice up your life! Get your ROADHOUSE seasoning mix to mingle with the rich and creamy spread.
Round everything off with nicely chopped up parsley and generously coat your sandwich bread slices. Top it off with a sliced ham-poncho, then close the sandwich, spread some butter on it and put it in your hot sandwich maker until it has reached the desired level of crispiness.
But be careful with this spicy seasoning mix because this feisty snack is considered our smokin’ hot Latina from our sexy sandwiches repertoire-believe us, you don’t want to rub her the wrong way!
TAKE ME TO TUNA TOWN
CRUSTY DUST is gettin’ down in Tuna Town – the tastiest town around!
With this fabulous recipe CRUSTY DUST expands its horizons with tried-and-true flavors from good old Tuna Town.
For this recipe you need to take that tuna “out of the water” (or oil!) and drain it. Dice up the pickle and spring onion and add sour cream, lemon juice, and the Casanova CRUSTY DUST. Stir well and maybe add some horseradish or mustard to really get into the groove.
Now spread your delicious cream of the crop on your sandwich bread slices and place the lettuce leaves on top. If you still can’t get enough, add a layer melt-worthy cheese and top your sandwich off with another slice of sandwich bread.
Right now it’s summertime in Tuna Town! So give your sandwich a rich tan by putting it into your well-heated sandwich maker until it’s golden brown. But be careful not to leave your sandwich out in the heat for too long; you don’t want to give it a sunburn!
Pro-Tip: If you double the spread’s ingredients you can make a tasty dip for vegetable sticks or whatever else you like. Now say “ahh” and give your tastebuds a one-way-ticket to paradise!
HONEY & GOAT CHEESE BETWEEN THE SHEETS
Honey, goat cheese and the versatile seasoning mix HERBS HARMONY get into a ménage à trois between the [flaky pastry] sheets with this sensual and sweet recipe.
Start by slicing the pastry sheet into 8 squares as big as your sandwich bread slices and save them for later. Slice up the goat cheese into small pieces and lay them in a bowl. Now let’s get sticky! Pour some honey on your cheese to sweeten things up.
Now it’s time for one teaspoon of delicious HERBS HARMONY seasoning to make your mixture really sing as you mash it into a creamy consistency and make it ONE. Spread generously over your pastry square and blanket those lovebirds with yet another sheet to give them some privacy. It’s gonna get hot in there!
Coat the flaky pastry with egg yolk and finally put all this deliciousness into the sandwich maker.
As soon as the sandwich is golden brown, garnish your plate with either rosemary or thyme.
Now dig in! We bet that no flavor love-affair has ever tasted this good. 😉
BACON & CHEESE: OLD LOVE, NEW FEELING
With this recipe we’re about to light up an old flame- bacon & cheese! Or bacon & camembert cheese, to be exact (Oh là là!).
First of all, heat up your sandwich maker and lay your sexy bacon on the hot iron! You don’t even need a frying pan to get it as crispy as can be; the sandwich maker is all you’ll ever need.
In the meantime, wash your lettuce and parsley and drain the water with a strainer. Now snip the parsley into small pieces and slice up the camembert and tomatoes. Once the bacon looks scrumptious enough to eat, lay it aside and let it cool. Mix your yoghurt and mustard together in a bowl and spice things up with your trusty RUBY ROAST seasoning.
Give your sandwich bread a lick of paint by spreading the mouth-watering sauce on the inside of every slice. Now you only have to put your sandwich together and lightly press down. Get ready to roast your toast! But be careful-no need to burn your fingers on this smokin’ hot sandwich!
FRESH & SPICY MEXICAN TURKEY SANDWICH WITH AVOCADO
Start by peeling your garlic “naked” (oh my!) and finely chop it up. Then divide the chili pepper into two halves and scrape out the insides. For those of you who like it hot, leave the seeds exactly where mother nature intended them to be and cut the pepper into thin strips.
Now halve the avocados, take out the pit and scoop out the tasty pulp. After that, put the pulp in a bowl and immediately drizzle lime juice over it in order to preserve its bright green hue . Now add the chopped garlic and 4 teaspoons of BASIL OLIVE to your creamy avocado paste and blend well with a hand blender. Done already? Great! Now hand mix the resulting puree with the chili pepper strips to add some more color, spice, and everything nice!
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly before cutting them into thin slices. Your coriander bouquet must also be given a fresh shower before getting its leaves picked. Generously coat the lower slice of bread with the avocado spread and evenly place the sliced tomatoes, coriander leaves, and turkey breast on its creamy surface. Place the second slice of bread on top and make sure to press on both slices lightly to seal the sandwich into a thin but alluring shape.
Now insert your sandwich into the hot sandwich maker until the crust is golden brown. Take your creation out, cut it right through the middle, and garnish with some coriander. And there you have it: a feast for the eyes as well as the palate in no time flat!
